About Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust
They provide services for people of all ages, across a range of settings, experiencing both physical and/or mental health conditions across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The trust are the main providers of mental health and learning disability services in both counties, and also deliver community hospitals, neighbourhood teams and community nursing services across Worcestershire.

The Briefs
Tasked with attracting world-class talent to the Trust, we produced a series of four cinematic films that redefine their recruitment strategy. The main overview film is the campaign centerpiece, showcasing their vision, while three highly focused social films target specific roles in key areas. We achieved a powerful, immersive feel by skillfully blending custom sound effects with engaging visuals. These films are now driving recruitment across all their channels, successfully engaging both their current team and the nation’s top candidates.
